We suggest you get acquainted with an unusual diet. It is called "3 in 7" or 3/7 , because it consists of alternating 3 days, following a certain diet and 7 days of normal eating. The duration determines each for himself according to his health condition and how he feels when undergoing the diet. Of course, if you have any doubts or concerns about your own health, you should consult a specialist.

You should limit the consumption of sweet and fatty foods during the seven days of regular meals, also drink more fluids.

The diet menu during the 3 days :

  • breakfast - tea or coffee without sugar with a little cheese / yellow cheese (20 - 30 grams);
  • after 3 hours - 2 boiled eggs and 2 apples;
  • after 3 hours - 100 grams of lean meat and all kinds of vegetables, except potatoes;
  • after 3 hours - 1 tea cup of milk and 100 grams of skim cheese;
  • after 3 hours - 1 cup of skim kefir.

Alternate your diet according to the 3/7 scheme until you achieve the desired results. People who have undergone this diet claim to have managed to lose as much as 20 pounds in 4 months.
