  • Day 3: 2 kilograms of apples;
  • Day 4: 2 kilograms of apples;
  • Day 5: 1.5 kilograms of apples;
  • Day 6: 1.5 kilograms of apples;
  • Day 7: 1 kg of apples.

In case of poor tolerance, add 1 slice of toasted rye bread to the fruit 3 times a day.
