Erythema is a disease that manifests itself in reddening of the skin or an abnormal rash caused by a strong flow of blood to the capillaries on the skin.

Useful foods for erythema:

  • fresh vegetables: beets, turnips, carrots, radishes ;
  • spices: mustard, basil, anise, oregano, rosemary, fennel, dill, cumin;

Dangerous and harmful foods for erythema:
