Food combinations that lead to flatulence

  • fresh pastries (especially from yeast dough and rye bread);
  • fatty meat, fish;
  • fried products;
  • vegetable salads from several products;
  • potatoes in combination with meat products;
  • combination of cereals and vegetables.

Incidentally, flatulence most often occurs after a combination of yogurt and dairy products with additional food, even in cases where it is nuts or fruits.

In addition to the amount of food consumed, its quality is also important. Uncontrolled consumption of products that cause flatulence leads to overeating, and hence - flatulence.
