Foods That Kill Parasites In The Gut

Foods that kill parasites in the gut contain antiparasitic properties. Some of them are: garlic, onion, papaya.

According to a study by the World Health Organization, parasites affect about 50 million people worldwide each year. They penetrate food and places with poor hygiene. Once in the human body, they live in the gut and multiply, especially when eating unhealthy foods such as refined sugar , uncooked meat, poorly washed fruits and vegetables. There are foods that have antiparasitic properties and can deal with them with prolonged consumption. Here are some of them:


Garlic

Garlic is a natural antibiotic that is famous for its ability to kill over 60 species of fungi and over 20 species of bacteria and many types of viruses. It successfully removes parasites in the gut, helping to prevent their subsequent appearance. It has antioxidant properties to protect against oxidation by parasites. One of its active components, eliminating parasites, is allicin, which acts only when garlic is cut or pressed.


 

Pumpkin seeds

Pumpkin seeds contain a substance called an anthelmintic that expels intestinal parasites from the body. The seeds are rich in minerals such as manganese, phosphorus, magnesium and copper. They are also a good source of zinc, protein and iron, which makes them a natural antiparasitic agent, providing so many nutrients needed for overall health.

 

Papaya

Papaya contains the enzyme papain, which is effective in fighting various types of worms in the gut. The fruit has the ability to destroy most of the tapeworms, the most powerful part of which are the seeds. They are especially effective when consumed with a little honey. Frequent consumption has been found to eliminate 77% of fecal parasites.

 

Onions

Not only garlic, but also onions are a powerful natural antibiotic that successfully fights parasites. It contains sulfur, which has antiparasitic properties. It is especially effective for tapeworms . To cleanse the body it is recommended to drink 2 teaspoons of onion juice twice a day for about two weeks.
