Nut milk contains a significant amount of magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and therefore its intake improves and strengthens bones. It is rich in monounsaturated fats, a source of Omega 9, oleic, linolenic acids and vitamin E, which favor the functionality of the cardiovascular and nervous systems.
