Eating dogwood berries contributes to the fact that a person's appetite improves, acidity in the stomach normalizes, and heartburn disappears. Berries tone up the whole body: they raise the level of hemoglobin in the blood, strengthen the walls of blood vessels, and normalize blood pressure. And the phytoncides contained in dogwood berries help to remove toxins and heavy metals from the body.
