Cooking cutlets is not very difficult and not too long, but all the same, cooking the minced meat and the cutlets themselves takes some time for the housewives. Busy modern housewives in such cases are very much helped out by home-made semi-finished products. After all, it is very convenient to cook them and freeze them in portions when there is time, and at the right time take them out, stew them, fry them and you're done.
Young housewives often have a question: is it possible to freeze cutlets and how to freeze them - raw or already fried. Our advice will help you understand this issue.
Recipes with minced pork
Step 1
To work, we need ready-made minced meat with spices (add fried onions to such minced meat, as frozen and thawed onions can give a specific taste to future cutlets), a plastic container for freezing, a cutting board, a silicone mold for baking cupcakes.
Step 2
It is very convenient to form cutlets by putting minced meat in silicone cupcake molds. Put the required amount of minced meat in a mold, level it and send it to the freezer to freeze (approximately 1 hour).
Step 3
If you do not have such molds, then form the cutlets in the usual way, roll in breading and lay out on a cutting board. Send to the freezer to freeze (approximately 1 hour).
Step 4
Cutlet blanks are frozen. Take them out of the molds or simply pry them off the cutting board with a little force.
Step 5
Place cutlet blanks in portions in plastic containers for freezing. Close the lid. Send to the freezer for storage. Use blanks as needed.
Step 6
And you can immediately fry the cutlets, cool and arrange in portions in plastic containers for freezing. Close the container with a lid and send to the freezer for storage. Then just warm up such cutlets in a double boiler, in the oven or in a hot pan and serve with a side dish.
