Remember that freezing will be well tolerated by fresh and strong berries. Therefore, try to freeze raspberries immediately after picking the berries.
Before freezing, carefully sort the raspberries, removing damaged berries and debris. Also, before freezing raspberries, properly prepare the container: it must be clean, dry and tightly closed.
You can freeze raspberries in different ways: whole berries, with sugar, in the form of puree, whole berries filled with raspberry puree. You can choose for yourself the method of freezing that you like and suits best.
Recipes with fresh raspberry ingredient
Step 1
To freeze fresh raspberries, you will need a plate or tray, plastic bags. With this method of freezing, you should choose only whole and undamaged raspberries.
Step 2
Arrange berries (1 kg) in one layer on a plate or tray. Send to the freezer for 1-2 hours to freeze the berries.
