There are three options, but the basis of the diet is the same - 1.5 kilograms of potatoes, steamed with the skins or baked in the oven to form a crispy crust.

Potatoes are divided into 4 - 6 parts, depending on how many times you intend to eat during the day, but it is better 6 times before 4. They are eaten with the peel, immediately after cooking, while still warm, so it is it is good to make each portion separately. In addition to potatoes, drink at least 1.5 - 2 liters of mineral or plain water, green tea.

First option

Duration - 3 days. During this period you can get rid of 3 pounds.

1.5 kg of potatoes, made in the ways described above, are eaten every day without adding salt, spices, fat (neither oil nor vegetable).

Second option

Duration - 1 week.

1.5 kg of potatoes is divided into 4 - 6 parts. Two of them are eaten without salt and fat, and to the others you can add a little oil or butter, lemon juice and salt (minimum amount).

Third option

Duration - 15 days.

You can add vegetable oil (sometimes a little oil), lemon juice, chopped parsley and garlic to the potatoes, but without salt.

The caloric content of the third option should be about 1250 kcal.

You can experiment and add lemon juice and parsley, even if you stop at the first option, because both products help lose weight and can only be beneficial.

Potatoes are rich in potassium, phosphorus, contain iron and magnesium. Fresh contains a lot of vitamin C, antioxidants, B vitamins, nicotinic and folic acids.
