With the help of diet it is possible to lose 500-700 grams of weight in one day. However, this will not be due to bromelain, but to the low caloric content of pineapple (48 kcal per 100 grams).
Such an unloading day is contraindicated for people suffering from stomach ulcers and increased acidity of gastric juice. Everyone else can boldly embark on such therapy, following one rule: after eating pineapple, the mouth should be rinsed with water, because the acid contained in it destroys tooth enamel.
Pineapple protein diet
If you have decided to go further in losing weight with pineapple , try a strict two-week diet, during which you can eat in addition to pineapple: meat, mushrooms, unsweetened fruits and vegetables.
While following the diet, you can eat 600-700 grams of pineapple and 200-300 grams of meat. It is best to choose low-fat species: beef, rabbit; and turkey and pork - only after complete removal of all fat.
Before cooking the meat, it is desirable to marinate it in pineapple, whose fruit acids and the enzyme bromelain will make it softer and tenderer. As a result, you will get not only dietary but also delicious food.
It is important to follow another rule: prepare all meals without adding fat. Then the nutritional value of your menu will consist only of protein and carbohydrates, which fully meets the requirements for dietary nutrition.
After two weeks of such a regime, you will be 5 kg lighter.
The advantage of the diet is that you can eat a variety of dishes, such as salad, meat and pineapple. You just have to consider the amount taken for the day.
Two-day pineapple diet
This option can be called not a diet, but two unloading days a week, during which without much effort and harm to the body, you can part with as much as 2 kg.

This is due to the fact that pineapple is low in calories, contains many enzymes that break down fats, as well as many potassium salts, helping to rid the body of excess fluids. Following this variant of the pineapple diet, you should eat only pineapple (2 kg daily) and drink 1 liter of fruit juice. It is best to divide the pineapple into 4-5 intakes and drink the juice between them. All other beverages and products are prohibited (including water).
Two-day pineapple diet - a light optionThe rules are the same as in the stricter regime: pineapple and pineapple juice, but to 2 kg of fruit and a liter of juice you can add 100 grams of beef or poultry (without fat), 100 grams of skim cottage cheese and 1 thin slice of rye bread (this throughout the day).
