The next nine-day diet , which we will present in two parts, is based on the consumption of rice, chicken (alternating with fish), vegetables and honey. It is designed for people who need to drastically lose weight.

It is possible to lose up to 10 kilograms for the specified period of time. A person with a little overweight could lose about 4 pounds, even if you follow this diet absolutely exactly.

The menu during the first 3 days:

  • not more than 250 grams of rice (must be white long grain);
  • 2.5-3 liters of mineral water (non-carbonated, filtered, non-alkaline);
  • no more than 3 teaspoons of honey.

Fill the rice with ice water beforehand (you can do this in the evening before you start sticking to the diet), rinse it the next day (it is necessary to remove excess starch in the grains). Put in a small saucepan, pour boiling water in a ratio of 1: 2 and cook for 15 minutes.

Divide the prepared rice into 5-6 portions, which you consume throughout the day (you do not need to feel unbearable hunger). The last meal should not be later than 20:00 in the evening.

Also divide the water into several intakes, you should not drink large amounts in the evening. After 19:00 do not take more than a glass of liquid.

Do not spread anything with honey, just eat it with a spoon, then you can drink water.

All this is done during the first three days of the regime.

 

The processes that occur in the body

Rice starts cleansing processes in the body, thus ridding it of huge amounts of accumulated harmful compounds.

  • 1,200-1,300 kilograms of chicken or 0.700-0.800 kilograms of fish (it is mandatory to choose lean species) - alternate these products in the coming days;
  • about 2-2.5 liters of water;
  • 3 teaspoons honey.

Boil the chicken or fish in advance (you can steam). Before breakfast, drink 200 milliliters of water, then eat one leg and a small piece of white meat (about 20% of the chicken). If it is the turn of the fish, divide it into 6 equal parts and eat one of them.

Divide the remaining chicken into 5 equal portions and consume until the evening. Do the same with the fish. It is important not to allow yourself to experience severe hunger.

If desired, you can eat a small sprig of green spices of your choice, but not more than 2-3 centimeters.

It is good to alternate chicken and fish, but do not mix them, replacing even one of the meals with the product, which is not provided for the day.

Water and honey are taken as in the first three days.
