  • Saturday: skim cheese and green tea.
  • Sunday: fruit day - eat whatever fruits you like without restrictions.
  • Monday: boiled lean beef or beef, rosehip decoction.
  • Tuesday: skim kefir.
  • Wednesday: only a decoction of rose hips (the good thing is that this is the last day of the diet).
