One of the most effective ways to lose weight is a protein diet . Relatively high protein products help to quickly satisfy hunger and restore strength after exercise.

While adhering to the diet you should be familiar with, it is necessary to completely exclude high-fat products from the menu.
Antioxidants are additionally included in the diet through the consumption of citrus fruits, kiwis. They are also sources of essential vitamins for the body.

A few simple rules to follow:

  • have dinner at least 2-3 hours before bedtime;
  • eat 6 times a day;
  • do not drink alcohol;
  • all products should be with minimal amounts of fat (dietary);
  • drink at least 2 liters of water a day, relying on the usual non-mineralized.

The menu

First day

  • First breakfast - a glass of milk or kefir.
  • Second breakfast - 200 grams of rice porridge.
  • Lunch - 150 grams of boiled beef.
  • Afternoon snack - 200 grams of vegetable salad.
  • Dinner - 200 grams of vegetable salad.
  • Before bedtime - 200 milliliters of apple juice.

Second day

  • First breakfast - tea or coffee without sugar.
  • Second breakfast - 100 grams of nonfat cottage cheese.
  • Lunch - 150 grams of boiled chicken and vegetable salad flavored with olive oil.
  • Afternoon snack - 100 grams of boiled rice and half an apple.
  • Dinner - 200 grams of tomato salad.
  • Before bedtime - 200 milliliters of tomato juice.

Third day

  • First breakfast - coffee or tea.
  • Second breakfast - 100 grams of boiled beef.
  • Lunch - 150 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of rice.
  • Afternoon breakfast - half an apple.
  • Dinner - 150 grams of cabbage salad with peas and onions.
  • Before bedtime - 200 milliliters of apple juice.

Fourth day

  • First breakfast - tea or coffee.
  • Second breakfast - 100 grams of boiled beef or chicken.
  • Lunch - vegetable soup with a slice of black bread.
  • Afternoon breakfast - 150 grams of cooked rice
  • Dinner - 100 grams of cooked meat, vegetable salad.
  • Before bedtime - 200 milliliters of apple juice.

Fifth day

  • First breakfast - a glass of milk or kefir, 1 rusk.
  • Second breakfast - 100 grams of carrot salad.
  • Lunch - 150 grams of boiled fish, 2 boiled potatoes.
  • Afternoon snack - 150 grams of vegetable salad seasoned with olive oil.
  • Dinner - 100 grams of cooked lean lamb.
  • Before bedtime - 200 milliliters of tea or kefir.

Sixth day

  • First breakfast - tea or coffee.
  • Breakfast - 1 boiled egg and 2 rusks.
  • Lunch - 100 grams of rice and 100 grams of cooked meat.
  • Afternoon breakfast - 2 kiwis and 1 apple.
  • Dinner - 100 grams of rice and 100 grams of boiled fish.
  • Before bedtime - 200 milliliters of orange juice.

Seventh day

  • First breakfast - coffee or tea.
  • Second breakfast - a piece of meat product of your choice with a slice of bread.
  • Lunch - 150 grams of vegetable salad of your choice, seasoned with olive oil, 100 grams of cooked rice.
  • Afternoon snack - 100 grams of pea and cabbage salad.
  • Dinner - 200 grams of boiled chicken or lamb.
  • Before bedtime - 200 milliliters of tea or kefir.

If your schedule does not allow you to eat 6 times a day, you can combine the two breakfasts in the morning and in the afternoon with dinner.

Contraindications

Before starting a protein diet, consult a doctor and do some research. Such a diet is not appropriate if the following are available :

  • impaired liver function;
  • diseases and problems with the heart (arrhythmia);
  • not to be used during pregnancy and lactation;
  • diseases or pains in the joints;
  • impaired renal function;
  • diseases of the digestive organs (dysbacteriosis, colitis, chronic pancreatitis);
  • not to be used by the elderly due to the risk of blood clots due to large amounts of protein.
