Unloading days with bananas are not very popular, due to the relatively high caloric content of yellow fruits.   • Ingredients: 1 liter of kefir, 3 bananas, cinnamon, water.
  • Directions: eat 1 banana for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the rest of the time to drink kefir with a pinch of cinnamon.

Option 4

  • Ingredients: 2 bananas, 1 cucumber, 2 green apples, water.
  • Directions: it is recommended to eat bananas until 12:00, from 12:00 to 17:00 - green apples, and for dinner - cucumber (without salt).

Option 5

  • Ingredients: 5 bananas, 1 cup of skim milk, 200 grams of natural yogurt, 2 liters of water or compote without sugar.
  • Directions: fresh milk should be the first meal of the day, followed by bananas, and yogurt should be consumed as an afternoon snack.

Option 6

  • Ingredients: 3 bananas, a slice of black bread, 2 teaspoons of nonfat yogurt, 150 grams of cottage cheese, 1 soft-boiled egg, water or tea.
  • Directions: breakfast consists of kefir and banana, for lunch - banana, egg and bread, and the other products are divided into afternoon breakfast and dinner.

Option 7

  • Ingredients: 500 grams of low-fat cottage cheese, 4 bananas, all kinds of sugar-free drinks.
  • Directions: the meal is 4 times a day, each including 1 banana and a little cottage cheese.

 

Consumption of bananas should be limited to:

  • diabetes;
  • allergic reactions;
  • periodic migraines;
  • chronic diseases of the kidneys, pancreas and intestines.


Unloading banana days are always included in diets low in carbohydrates. The sweet fruit relieves the body of stress, which stimulates the loss of extra pounds.

Composition and useful properties of bananas

In 100 grams of fruit there are between 87 and 120 kcal, which is not so much. Even eating a kilo of bananas a day, the body will receive less than 1000 kcal, which is only half the average required norm for an adult.

The composition of bananas includes:
  • cellulose;
  • vitamins - A, B, C, E;
  • nicotinic acid;
  • a lot of potassium;
  • magnesium;
  • pectin;
  • manganese;
  • zinc;
  • honey;
  • selenium;
  • iron;
  • phosphorus.

The only disadvantage of using bananas, which could occur in healthy people, is bloating. This is due to the long processing of the fruit. In rare cases, eating bananas on an empty stomach leads to unpleasant sensations in some people.

As exotic fruits contribute to the production of hemoglobin, one feels good during the unloading days. The amino acid tryptophan, contained in the meat, helps to improve mood and has a mild calming effect.
