Only beets should be eaten for two days. You should not eat more than 2 kilograms of the product per day. The total amount is divided into six or eight equal doses, which should be at regular intervals. You can prepare the beets as follows: take one head, bake it in the oven in an oiled pan. When baked, grate the vegetables and eat.
While sticking to the diet, drink as much fluid as possible (water, green tea, etc.), avoid sweet and carbonated drinks.
Boil and grate the two vegetables. Season the salad with olive oil, but do not use salt. Eat it for two days, then include in your menu other fruits, vegetables and regular meals.
Wash the beets thoroughly, peel and grate. Squeeze its juice, pour the rest with warm water and cook for 20 - 25 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the squeezed juice, a little sugar (if desired) and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil, remove from the heat and strain.
The drink is served cold with ice cubes.
Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a jar (or other container), pour in the water, add a crust of rye bread and a little sugar (optional). Cover the dish with gauze and leave to ferment for 3 days. Then strain the drink, pour into bottles, close and store in the refrigerator.
Peel a raw beet and grate it with a grater, pour vinegar, add grated horseradish and apples, stir. The salad is ready.
