The next diet is based on the consumption of 10 products and its duration is 10 days. What is specific is that the daily intake of these foods should not exceed 1.5 kilograms. It is important not to omit or add others other than those listed below.

The diet promises to lose 1.5 pounds in a week.

The products from which you should compose your menu are:

  • white meat (chicken or turkey breast) or lean cooked fish;
  • eggs - best boiled;
  • kefir or yogurt with 2% fat;
  • tomatoes;
  • cucumbers;
  • zucchini;
  • cabbage - white, colored, alabash;
  • eggplants - stewed;
  • mushrooms - not marinated and unsalted;
  • grapefruit and oranges or apples, carrots.

The diet can be followed longer than the specified period, but it is mandatory to consume only the listed products reasonably.

To season the dishes it is allowed to add:

  • garlic - up to 1 head per day;
  • garlic;
  • dill;
  • parsley;
  • lemon juice;
  • honey - 1 teaspoon daily;
  • green tea - without restrictions in quantities;
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon per day;
  • black bread - 1 slice daily, preferably dried.
