Useful properties of zander

This white fish has:

- vitamins: A, C, E, PP and group B

- Many proteins that are important for the proper functioning of the body

- elements: fluorine, cobalt, molybdenum, zinc, copper, sodium, calcium, potassium, sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, magnesium, iodine, iron, manganese, chromium, nickel.

Of all the listed vitamins and minerals, sander is the richest in vitamin PP, potassium, sulfur, phosphorus, fluorine, cobalt, iodine, chromium, which explains the beneficial properties.
