Tea is one of the most common drinks in the world, produced in different countries, and depending on the variety there are different colors: black, red, white, yellow and green.
The most popular is red. 95% of the world's population consumes one.
Chinese red tea has a unique taste and very delicate aroma, it is strong and its color is rich. Depending on the type, the color of the infusion is from light to dark ruby. Sometimes you can feel lime and honey flavors.
It contains vitamins, polyphenols and amino acids that improve the body's immunity and resistance to external factors. Intake of tea improves the work of the gastrointestinal tract, activates blood circulation, improves and strengthens memory, enhances mental activity.
Red tea helps to cope with stress, to be creative and to think positively. The drink should not be taken on an empty stomach, nor should it be too hot or too cold when consumed.
The product is rich in vitamin A , responsible for the health of the skin and mucous membranes. Sufficient amount of it protects against blindness, increases the resistance of the respiratory organs to infections, helps strengthen gums, teeth and bones, has a beneficial effect on hair growth.
The contained B vitamins contribute to the processing and absorption of carbohydrates by the body, normalize the heart and the work of the muscular and nervous systems. In addition, they significantly reduce or completely eliminate the signs of seasickness (nausea, dizziness, headache and accompanying ailments).
Vitamin PP, which is part of Chinese red tea, lowers blood cholesterol levels and regulates blood circulation in general, enhances the action of vitamin C (ascorbic acid), also present in the product. The benefit of the latter lies in the normalization and strengthening of the body's defense systems, connective and bone tissues.
The presence of vitamin K in this tea is responsible for the formation of prothrombin in the liver, which in turn affects blood clotting.
Chinese tea is a healing elixir that gives health, longevity and mental balance.
