Our years accumulate and inevitably affect our health. We can slow down the clock and aging a bit if we lead a healthier lifestyle. Here the food we consume every day plays an important role. No matter how much we like to eat certain things, after the age of 30 the body perceives them differently.

Here are some foods we should avoid if we are past Christ's age:

Energy blocks

Believe it or not, these foods do not provide us with protein and energy of the body. They are more useful for young people, but after 30 years, it is better not to consume them, but to focus on real foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Energy bars contain many harmful ingredients such as glycerin, sorbitol, whey protein, fructose and dextrose, which are not good for health and can bring us extra pounds.

White bread

White flour and baguettes are very fluffy and tasty when freshly baked, but they have a high content of sugar and glucose in them, nothing that some labels do not say. This can disrupt the production of collagen and many proteins that control the formation of wrinkles. Therefore, it is more useful after the age of Christ to eat wholemeal bread and at most 1-2 times a day.

Biscuits

They are a source of calories, sugars and fats. As a younger person, everyone enjoyed sticking cookies at any time of the day and did not worry about their weight. But after the age of 30, some exercise much less and find it harder to burn fat. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid these foods or limit yourself to eating them only a few times a month.

Popcorn

The bowl of freshly baked popcorn in the microwave is always tempting, but .... Ordinary popcorn is even healthy, but those that are sold in stores and cooked in seconds are full of butter, salt and other harmful ingredients that they slow down the functions of the arteries and can later lead to heart problems.

Margarine

We buy it because it is cheaper than butter and we even cook with it, but its use is not useful, especially after the age of 30. Margarine contains a lot of trans fats, which are associated with heart disease and clogged arteries. They can also accelerate the aging process of the skin and increase its vulnerability to the sun's ultraviolet rays.

Sausages

Processed meats such as bacon, ham, salami and sausages can bring us extra pounds on weight. They are full of nitrates and nitrites, which stimulate oxidative stress. This disrupts the production of collagen and elastin, which help our skin stay younger.
