Required products :

2 bananas

500 milliliters of coconut milk

300 grams of coconut cream

300 milliliters of fresh milk

200 milliliters of banana liqueur

100 milliliters of dark rum

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a banana, grate it and put it in a blender. Add cow's milk, coconut cream and milk, liqueur and rum. Beat everything at high speed until smooth. Then pour the mixture into a saucepan and simmer. The drink should be well warmed, but you should not let it boil. That is all.

You can serve hot or cold.

Garnish ideas :

  • string 3-4 pieces of banana on a suitable skewer (cocktail) and sprinkle with nutmeg or sesame seeds;
  • you can moisten the edge of the cup and turn it over on coconut shavings to get a beautiful decoration.
