Required products :
1 - 2 tablespoons (topped) oatmeal
1 banana
1 orange (or 2 tangerines)
100 - 150 grams of plain yogurt (without additives)
2 - 3 tablespoons of water
Method of preparation :
Boil the oatmeal in a little boiling water and leave to soak while you prepare the rest of the products. Peel a banana and cut it into circles. Peel an orange (tangerine) and remove the seeds and skins. Mix all products in a blender and beat on medium speed for 5 - 7 minutes until smooth.
Serve as soon as you prepare. About 300-350 milliliters of finished product are obtained.
