Required products :
600 grams of mascarpone
3 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla syrup
pinch of salt
peel of half a lemon
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method of preparation :
Beat the mascarpone with a mixer, add the sugar, vanilla syrup, grated lemon peel, citrus juice, a pinch of salt and flour.
Then beat the eggs one by one in the mixture, stirring constantly.
Divide the dough into silicone muffin tins, filling 2/3 of their volume.
Bake until done in a preheated oven and serve.
You can decorate with jelly, fresh soft fruits or your choice.
