For A Slender Figure - One Egg A Day

Breakfast with eggs can suppress hunger and reduce total calorie intake during the day ....

A study published in the British Daily Mail shows that eggs, considered high in calories, are actually an ideal way to maintain a slim figure.

A study conducted by British nutritionists clearly proves that consuming one egg a day helps to lose weight.

The full study and detailed results are expected to be published in the June issue of the journal Nutrition and Food Science.

Eggs can be part of a healthy diet, the researchers added. Breakfast with eggs can suppress hunger and reduce overall calorie intake during the day. Despite its low calorie content, egg is a source of protein and a staple of a healthy diet.

Elevated cholesterol can lead to heart problems, but the impact of a diet on its levels is no more than a third of the total impact of all significant factors. The presence of overweight, smoking, consumption of fatty foods, etc. are important. According to the authors of the study, people who eat one egg a day have managed to lose weight more than those who have excluded this food from their diet.

Eggs are high in vitamins D and B12, selenium and essential amino acids, and the high level of antioxidants in them protects the optic nerve from atrophy, thus eliminating the risk of blindness.
