In the morning, before getting up, drink half a liter of water and eat 1 grapefruit, and after 15 minutes make cocoa with honey. By noon you should have drunk 1 liter of water, but not more than half a liter at a time, it is best to drink the water in small sips.
It's time to diversify your lunch and include dairy foods. The menu includes 250 grams of completely skimmed cottage cheese mixed with yogurt (not sweetened) and a spoonful of honey.
